Centers for Achieving Wellness and Health is a specialized rehabilitation company started by two physical therapists who recognized the need for personalized care.  Current trends in Health Care are not meeting the growing demands of today’s diversified population.  Our staff of trained physical therapists are dedicated to treating each patient as an individual.
